GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

New European regulation on the protection of data of natural persons.

This regulation came into force on May 25, 2018. It provides a new legal framework for the protection of personal data, by strengthening individual rights and establishing new obligations for companies carrying out data processing.

We provide you with the official document of the GDPR to know the main measures introduced by the regulation.

This European GDPR regulation has been supplemented by the French law on the protection of personal data published in June 2018 which updates the 1978 data protection law.
